Ever wondered what the cyrillic inscriptions mean that you can put on your Russian tank models
with the sticker sheets from the "World of Tanks" sets 3003, 3004, 3005 & 3015?
Well, here's what I found out:
RUDY
Polish word for "Ginger", name of the T-34 tank from the Polish tv show "Czterej pancerni i pies" (Four tankers and a dog)
ОТВАЖНЫЙ
(OTVAZHNYY): Brave
ЗВЕРОБОЙ
(ZVEROBOY): "Hunter", also "Saint-John's-wort" (named after John the Baptist), a nickname given to Russian tanks who destroyed more than 10 German tanks with animal names like "Panther" and "Tiger")
ЗА РОДИНУ!
(ZA RODINU!): For the Motherland!
НАРОДНЫЙ МСТИТЕЛЬ
(NARODNYY MSTITEL'): People's Avenger (Partisans)
