SY Block releases a Herbie The Love Bug (only in light blue) set under their Technic clones Technique brand. This set can be converted to RC using the server and motor kit.

Correction I was partially mistaken, its not officially Herbie the Love Bug but it is supposed to represent Herbie. The number should be 53 and the color should be white. But the Red White and Blue paint on the front is the same.
