Just wondered about peoples experiences overall with Mega Support and Customer Service as well as getting replacement parts.

For replacement parts, I've had nothing but positive experiences with them. If the part is available they'll ship it to you. Also seems if what you need isn't listed, just contact them and they'll see what they can do. If it's a part for a figure, they send you the entire figure if available.
It's taken up to a month to get some of the parts, but that's fine. I suspect they only do parts pulls or shipping once a month. I am in the US.
