GameStop has the MEGA Construx Castle Grayskull set on sale for $75 which is insane. It’s my favorite pro-builder set and I’ve had several of the halo ones. They did a great job designing it and the instructions are easy to follow.

Online or in stores?
That's an amazing deal either way!

I saw it on GameStop’s app I’m sure it’s on their website also.

FWIW, I checked a Gamestop in Canton OH today, and they didn't have it, nor did they know about it being offered in stores.
The search continues...

Apparently it’s in store only. It’s listed on the app but can’t buy it online. You can check your local store availability using the app at least. Hopefully someone is able to snag one.

There was also a sale going on that reduced it even more. Spend $50 got 20% off. Most people reported getting it for $59 and change. If you spent $200 you got 30% off. They went real quick.

Just learned that my local store is still closed for the pandemic.

I checked all the local stores - nothing super exiciting. I was able to get a couple of the Detective Pickachu office sets for just under $12. Not super exciting. I would have taken a Drogon for $15.73 or a Greyskull for $56.23 if they were in stock...

The website said no castles were in stock anywhere near me.

I have checked from Akron OH to Butler PA, and no store I've contacted shows any within 100 miles. Clerks at several of the stores said that they've never seen the set in person nor spoken with any store that stocked it.
Why wouldn't Mega release this more widely? I grant that distribution is an issue, but even online sales have been limited, no doubt due in part to the hefty (but understandable) price tag. But it's an amazing set, possibly one of Mega's all-time greatest! Yet it seems to have been discontinued far too soon.
How does this benefit Mega or Mattel? It really does nothing but prop up the secondary/scalper market.

With regards to Game Stop, it seems they have always had this issue. It is very hit or miss with non-game items. I have gotten lucky on a few Mega items, and completely struck out on others. A few years back Game Stop had the Enterprise Bridge set listed very cheap (less than $20 if I recall). I checked every every zip code in my area (SE Michigan), and went on to check every state in the mid-west. Nothing in stock.
Books-A-Million is very similar. There are none by where I live. Back in the Mega Warcraft days I stopped at one about 40 miles from my house. Had a bunch of WoW on clearance. Hit the jackpot.
Fast forward a few years to Mega Star Trek times. We were going on vacaton from Michigan to Florida by car. Bless my family, they let me stop at every BAM from MI to Florida along the highway. Probably visited about 10 of them. Some had no Mega, some had the small Star Trek sets. None had the bridge. One had the Enterprise set (on clearance for $75 + BAM member discount!).
