OYO Sports made a toga guy. Might be good for those who are trying to do a Roman or Greek theme.

I can confirm that Oyo head, torso, and -- IIRC -- hips are Lego minifig compatible. Except that all the heads have noses. But the skin tones don't really match Lego.

On a side note, I really dislike the trend of portraying LEGO-style minifigs with greater-than-actual limb articulation. Much of the promotional material, and certainly The Lego Movie(s), show full range of motion in shoulders and hips, but we all know that the beloved minifig's hips and shoulders don't work like that.
Even this toga guy seems a trifle embellished in this regard.
The negative effect is twofold IMO: it misrepresents the quality of the toy being advertised, and it indirectly devalues the impressive articulation that has become standard on Mega Construx figures.
