For all intents and purposes, this set is reissue of the very similar
CNK23 Borgia Guard Pack, differing only in that the CNK23 has three Guards rather than four.
Even the part-numbers for the figures is the same as in the two sets.
The discrepancy between official and actual part-count is likely due to Mega Construx tallying each piece of the figure's body and armor separately. Since these are not itemized with part-numbers in the instructions, they are counted here as a single part.
