Hey,guys, I'm back with a 3-feet MONSTER custom:Pillar of Autumn. This time, it's made out of 90% Mega bloks (10% was from the 2 big thruster I had to craft it with cardboards and buckets)!
Check out HFFL post about this build
Pillar of Autumn was one of most well-known ships in Halo history,it also had one of the most important role at the time.
Back in 2014, Timmega made a poll on what signature series should they make. Unfortunately, Pillar of Autumn was defeated by Covenant Scarab by 100 votes but it had reached impressive second-place.
Pillar of Autumn was one of the ship that I had been waited for a Legendary builders, like Goodwill Hunter and Carbon, but it looks like they're doing it so I challenged myself to build one!
It took me awhile to decide whether to go with the Reach style or CE. I went with CE version because the shape is easier to manipulate.
That build became the biggest, best, hardest, most fragile, most challenging build me and Tyler
(Halo Zone 24/ Zelot2468 ) had ever accomplished
It took me 3 attempt to finally completley made one (1 last year, 1 about 1 month ago and one about 3-4 weeks ago)
When I made the 1st attempt, I lost interest and move on to Heavy Cruiser. 2nd time I got frustrated because
it kept tipping over and crash. At my 3rd time, I decide to split to 5 parts and make it where I have to be
connected by 2 clip-on pegs on sets like warthog and it WORK, no tipping over like the previously ones
(Like others said:3 times' the charm )
WARNING: THERE'S A LOT OF PIC FROM HERE DOWN

1st part
This part was very easy build to do, I could even give out tutorial but I just don't feel like it- lol!

2nd part
This was the 2nd most easiest part of the build,I could make 1st and second part in a day!
Interior Pic
I had planned on doing interior for 4th but I decided to just make a small pilot room in 2nd part of the build.
3rd part
This was BY FAR the most fragile part of the build, it took me a long time to figure out the solution to keep it altogether
4th part
This part was the hardest part of the build, it took me quite awhile to make

5th part
The 5th part was the most fragile part of the build, it took me 2 weeks to make this.
The 2 giant thrusters are made out of 2 clay container and cardboards wrapped around to make a appropriate size
This part of the build ain't my proudest moments, the best part about this is once the 5th part was done, the WHOLE
thing is done!
Comparison Pic
This build is 2.11 feet long and about 1.2 feet tall
With Sets
Extra/Bonus Pic
This is a gallery of photos that don't exactly have a home
Final Pic
Thanks for viewing. This is by FAR the best, the hardest, the biggest and the most fragile custom custom We've ever accomplished!
Stay tuned for more builds, there will be more!
