Hrm. The trans-blue are from the SpongeBob invisible BoatMobile set, and I think the gun may be from CoD, but the rest, I can't say what sets they are from. They look to all be Mega, though

The blue and white pieces are from MB set #91330 Oscorp Spider lab.

Do you have a bigger picture?
Unfortunately, a number of those pieces are fairly generic. The red 2x4 plate appears in dozens of sets, for instance.
I don't believe that a single set includes all of the pictured elements.

Not too sure about most of that, but 6, 7 and 9 are from CoD. Most looks to be from Pyrates/PotC, but some of it I don't recognise.

A few thoughts...
From your first pic:
13 is part AM10931 Container: barrel, small wooden. It has appeared in a number of sets, but I'm not sure exactly where that red one comes from
21 is part AM04866 Brick 2 x 3 ship's cleat. It appeared in the Pyrates set 3660 Dread Eye's Phantom
I suspect that The guy at 15/22 is from the Pirates of the Caribbean set 1022 Movie Trilogy Collector's Edition.
From your second pic:
1 & 2 are part# AM03307 Foliage: fern, small with 5 fronds
3 & 4 are part# AM04663 Gear: heap of coins, small.
5-12 has had several part numbers, depending on the set in which it appears. One is AS010113 Foliage: Tree trunk, palm on tile 2 x 2 base
Not sure about 6
