Can you type out the number on the underside of the part it's overexposed in the second photo? Looks like it starts with "AM". That would make identifying it super easy for most here. Thanks.

I don't have anything like that in my database ending in 448, if that's what the number is.
Without additional info I'm tempted to suggest that this is a part of a multi-element part, but that's a complete guess.

I am gonna take a guess here and say that it is indeed a multi by the post in the middle since it is reinforced I am assuming its a screw hole. The easiest way I can think of to "maybe" find it is look for all non standard pieces with the color KF (it looks to be a KF to me)

FOUND IT!!!
Thanks Y'all. Its actually part AM77448. It's from the Technodrome set. Its a part not listed in the parts manual. Someone online helped lead me in the right direction.
Thanks everyone. You rock!

That particular piece I don't think is from the Technodrome set. In the catalog (6th column at the bottom of the first parts page) the color appears to be blue as well as this picture.
Maybe there is another set that had krang? The part is right but the color is off.

That's why it was so tough to find. I had to watch videos on youtube where they go over the extra parts. The one in question does not appear in the manual, but it should right next to the blue one. This set has tons of extra parts for some reason. And also missing parts that had to be ordered.
I posted a picture of the video I used to find the piece. It was only after someone told me it was from the Technodrome that I started to investigate the extra parts.

I suspected that it might be from one of the Turtles lines. I kind of guessed that it might be AM77448; similar part numbers debuted in 2016, and the color seemed TMNT-ish, but I couldn't place it.
Glad you found your answer, and thanks for sharing!
