I don't really get a "Leopard 2" feeling when I look at that build. Then again, I could be so used to the Mega Bloks ProBuilder version to the point that it is creating the image template in my head.
Still, I like how it looks as just a tank set regardless. At this point I'll buy just about any brick tank set as long as it is based on an actual vehicle and has individual track links. Another one to put on the list!

After building the type 99, I have to say their company's designs are definitely solid with pretty good part quality, but if you're getting it for the track links only I would definitely steer away from this company in general. Here are mine from the type 99 surprisingly though they went on the tank really easily...

So I did a bit more research and found out that the first model of the tank is based off of the Revolution upgrade package for Leo2A4s, interesting vehicle choice to say the least but the turret design does make a lot more sense now. I'm still a bit hesitant to get this set since the color choice was a bit weird, I would have much preferred to have went with the tan color and overall cleaner design shown at the 2017 Shanghai toy fair, but I'm sure the design will be simple enough to modify

Ah, great. Was wondering if anyone was going to pick one of these up. Still haven't run across one yet that I consider to be at a reasonable price. Still, time is my ally here.
