Worked on my Panzer III Ausf. L again. Now it got the smaller tracks. Build it on Hornisse chassis and changed some details, especially the additional armor on drivers front (looks smoother now) and the rear part of the tank....
I´m still not satisfied with the size, but didnt found a way to built it smaller... A new commanders copola would be nice, like in Cobi 2511 winter Panther Ausf. A. I think there isn´t the blok in tan yet.

Decided to sacrifice the commanders hatch of my 747 (r) T-34/85. Could´nt wait for Cobi to release a fitting part...

Wow! Very nice!
Well if you still want tonale it smaller you can put the roadwheels directly next to eachother (then it will be 5 studs smaller in length) and yoou can make it also2 studs smaller in width if you make the fenders at the middle hull only 1 stud on both sides
Im sure it will look smaller and better in proportion
But it already looks way better now!

I'll try to make the panzer 3, but I'll use the 1-brick tracks and add the little rubber tire on the 6 wheels.

Finally some more British tanks (although apparently the British army didn't really use them, but the Polish army did, so that's probably why Cobi released this set):
I saw a real one "in person" last year at the Parola tank museum in Finland

And there is a new catalogue 2/2019
But i don't see anything new , at least in the ww2 department
It is going to be a cheap Cobi year
I got to say 2018 and 2019 are for me the least interesting releases
I hope they come with some surprises in between this year
Looks like the main focus ain't at the ww2 range anymore

I can't wait to get my hands on the A7V, Maultier, B-17, Dakota, Higgins Boat, Yamato, Missouri, Trabant Kübelwagen, ... It's going to be a great (and expensive) Cobi year for me ...

Yeah, you're right for those who collect WW1 and ships.....:-)
I don't collect either of those
I'm just a bit dissappointed for Q2, i was hoping on a few newbies
I like that maultier too!
Bu maybe i'm spoiled to much with Cobi large range of models at this moment

One of the best set in that second catalogue is B-17 Flying Fotress (5703). Brutal Dimensions - 62cm x 48cm. I am a fan of Germany technology, but this will be a luxury!

Can anyone see anything different between the two Tigers (3000A and the upcoming 3000B)? They look to me to be pretty much identical, except for the hose has switched sides.

Bu maybe i'm spoiled to much with Cobi large range of models at this moment I'm actually really happy they've slowed down. It's selfish, but I'm starting college later this year so my funds won't be as available, and less releases means I can catch up faster.

How bad are the stickers on the current battleships? I was thinking about getting both the Tirpitz and Bismarck, but if there are a lot of stickers or they're hard to apply, I might just get the Bismarck.
