Here are some pics of the Me 262 HG III; And here is the sluban set i'lll use for the wings; I' m going to use the split tail too, it was also a proposal for the Me262 HG III; The Sluban F117 wings have a more swept back angle, but i think it will look even more futuristic Il have to spray paint the Cobi Me 262 nose and turbines black( which i'll have to afjust radically to attach those between the fuselage and wings ) If i have something concretes ready i'lll post some pics I think it will be great :-)

I am looking forward to your implementation of this fighter! The only black parts I know, are installed in the Wellington. Unfortunately, no wing parts.

Thanks Niho! Maybe there is a chance i'll make it in normal camo because i found a way to attach those turbines ( without sawing!!) nicely to the fuselage ( they were in a strange half stud ) and , more importantly, i can make the wings in the rightt angle in cobi plates ( and also fit them tight to the turbines ) Here some preliminary pics to snow the basic buildingstructure ( i used my normal 262 to experiment ; Bottom view; I reversed the turbines for a nice clean line I can make the correct turbine colors with the right color tape or spraypaint them

The shape of the wings; Still using only Cobi parts (and no sawing ) It is is not a 45 degree angle like the original, but this is the closest it will get using Cobi tiles, so i'lll settle for it

Thanks for your praise , Niho! :-) Had some spare time in between today to work on the 262 Spend most of the time on the belly, rebuild it a couple of times, tried to make it as smooth as possible Used green tape on the top of the turbine engines, white will follow at the bottom ( also going to make reddish brown camo on top) Wings are also attached Next will be a flatter rennkabine (high speed cockpit) which is going to be the only part i will adjust with the saw.... ( it really needs this item to the Hochgeschwindigkeit/highspeed look) Also some new decals here and there will finish the job I think i'lll stick to this tail..... The split one will look to fat

If you plan on using the saw anyway, parts of Cobi's Desert Tornado might be helpful too! Just an idea, because the shape of this flyer is similar in parts! Unfortunately, the cockpit sits too far forward! The saw could help.
