The QuanGuan coping of Cobi kit designs is a bit of a double edged argument. I have both the Cobi Tiger 131 and the QuanGuan Tiger 131 and there is a big difference in the size of the models. The QuanGuan model is much larger than the Cobi version and has more accessory details for the outside than the Cobi kit. Personally I would not call the QuanGuan Tiger 131 version a clone of the Cobi Tiger 131 at all. BUT...... The QuanGuan version of the KV-2 is an exact copy of the Cobi KV-2, the same size, the same look, the same details. The only differences are the inclusion of the motor piece, the clone LEGO Soviet minifigs, and the number of parts in the kit. So in the case of the KV-2 i would call the QuanGuam version a Clone. Same with the PanzerKampfWagen IV but it's more of an incomplete clone since you can only make one of the 3 versions that the Cobi kit allows you to make (and its blue grey not camo). So yes QuanGuan does clone but also makes their own variations and designs too. As a side note it's actually very funny that every QuanGuan tank kit has the exact same motor piece in them German, Soviet, US or Japanese tank all seem to run on the same V-8 motor, probably would have changed the war a lot in real life.
