The overall design is not totally bad, but the canopy looks a bit odd, maybe too "bubbly".
Yeah, that canopy is what made this a soft pass for me. Still, doesn't look terrible.
I'm waiting to see what my experience with the Sherman is like. I still need to pick up the Halftrack, so this may still end up being something I get while I'm buying that. Thanks for the mini-review.

I bought it too but I keep it for X-Mas ;-) Many flaws for a Ju-88 model so I'll try to improve it or create a brand new plane with the parts.

I ordered it too. It does not seem too bad, from the photos posted. A Cobi version would be better for sure, but it is a plane quite difficult to make in standard lego bricks. I have seen a couple of MOCs on the web and they do not look much better..

The Sherman is a pretty great little tank. I'm not usually a "sticker snob" and I'll normally apply all the stickers on a set that the instructions direct me to, but I think this little machine looks better without the included stickers. Especially when I have so many spares sitting around from other sets. I also omitted the antenna. Now feel free to counter my observation if you have a better idea, but going by the length of the gun and how the handlebar pieces look like an HVSS suspension, and by the size of the grill on the back deck, plus the look of a welded hull, I'm calling this an M4A2(75). The build is roughly the size of the old Best-Lock Sherman and is quite a bit smaller than what we're accustomed to out of tank sets nowadays. Here it is up against Cobi's last M4. Averaging the proportions out it is pretty much 1:37 scale, which puts it in-scale with Halo soldiers. So yeah, nice little tank. I'll probably pick up a couple more when I go back for the Half-track.

Nice work, definitely a big improvement over the official set!

New sets from SY: 8 in 1 sets which can make a british half track and a panzer (do not know if they are fantasy moel or based on real vehicles).
