Help needed to find several instructions ( ongoing )

Actually im about to kick this whole instructions preserve thing.
Youtube is not counting or not impress vews or the videos they way it used to be. instead of 500 views per day i get now 80 views when i did upload instructions i had easy 1000 views a day now i get 300 when lucky. Overall the views of all new videos and old videos have gone down a lot.
This is something i could live with, just helping other ppl to find the instructions, but its still bad and there is no reason. Ppl from all over the world did watch the videos so its not a local thing.
However that i could handle, even i invest quite some time in this.

What totally gets me angry is that stupid Mattel ppl, that can get nothing done right and even worse things.
I just cant download the instructions because they use a slow poke server. Trying to get one instructions takes me 15 minutes and even then i might not get anything. The Server times out, gives error messages, takes ages to load.
I cant even access older instructions because they get not loaded at the 1st page.

Then order missing parts, that page is down for months now, filling out the mattel form with all data and pictures gives me no help. I get an answer from the support from Mattel Germany that they could not help me, i should call somewhere. A freaking number without country code or whatssoever. Trying email or forms from mattel creations gives the same, the same stupid person from mattel germany answers me in english, he cant help me.
If he knows the support where i should call, why that ididot is not able to forward my mail with all informations to that department?

Mattel is releasing Themes from Mega in Germany, cool i like the Masters and the Hot wheels, but wait we get no Halo stuff. We dont get anything on the store shelfs maybe a few kits if you are lucky. I have to order online to get anything. Then Mattel Germany decides oh those wave 3 wonder Builders Hot Wheels, we wont release in Germany. Maybe they dont even get them. But yeah in other european countrys you can buy em.
What the f*ck. Then Mattel released the Masters but decides hey we wont release the single figures. We dont care if the stupid germany customer get a prince Adam, a Moss man, a Stinkor and so on.
Oh i forgot the big Hot Wheels, we did not get Purple Passion, Muscle Bound, Mod Rod and the pontiac Firebird. Plus the other ones are overpriced when they where released.
In general Mattel is not able for years now to distribute the products to the customer. I mean how stupid is that? PPl want to buy and cant get that sh*t maybe import or buy from scalpers.

Then i take a look on the products of Mattel. I take the Masters Theme. Mattel releases Masters of the Universe from Mega, then Origins, then Masterverse, then Relevation (maybe that is masters verse too?) then that new He-Man.
Whaaat? How stupid is that. Who needs all that different stuff? They dont even have cartoons or CGI on TV. How should kids get interested? Its for them right?
Not sure only Adults with age of 40+ buys that stuff. Then i look at that origins figures and they leave the old action features out?
Yeah really, they are not able to build that in but want to charge 25€ or even more? I mean the stuff that did make the figures great back then in the 80tys is missing, some figures are even named after the action feature but its left out.
Better dont look at the quality of that figures aswell, some are horrible. Leaking out, gets bend or come bend. In other words its JUNK, junk that looks like the vintage stuff to put in a shelf for display and the stupid fans buy that junk and are happy with it.
There are huge markdowns here take Origins Castle Grayskull its 25€, because no one with a sane mind want to buy that crap.


I guess Mattel only lives still because they force the dealers to buy a lot stuff they dont really want in order to get anything.
Its the only thing i can think of, everything else they do seems stupid to me.

Well i managed to get the most stuff now, having 20 tabs open and hammering reload as soon there is an error message. 
How can such a bad managed company survive? i dont get it.
